Intro Program

We will quick start your mentoring program with an initial 1 hour Discovery & Design session. This meeting will be held in person or via phone depending on location and preference. In this session we will review your business, business plan, areas for improving, associate questions and actions required to achieve your business objectives to improve your small business. A ReThink consultant will address/notate any questions you have about improving/running a small business.

It is your business and we will mutually design a mentoring program that is customized to your needs.

We will agree on an initial 90 day action plan and then set a weekly schedule for the 4 half-hour sessions per month. These sessions are typically done at the place of business or via phone. In addition to our regularly scheduled sessions you will receive unlimited email support to answer any immediate questions for your business.

Most new business owners/key associates find this package totally supports their mentoring and accountability needs in their first year of business.

• $125-195 – Discovery & Design Session – A 1 hour initial mentoring session in person or phone.
• $250 – Monthly mentoring fee for four(4) half hour phone sessions per month, with a 3 month initial commitment.

Intermediate Program

A ReThink professional will quick start your program with an initial 2 hour Business Discovery & Evaluation session. This meeting can be held in person or on via phone depending on location and preference. In this session we will review your business plan and actions required to achieve your business objectives. We will address any questions you have about running a small business or your current business. It is your business and we will mutually design a mentoring program that is customized to your business needs.

We will agree on an initial 90 day action plan and then set a weekly schedule for the four (4) half hour sessions per month. These sessions are conducted on the phone or via a web meeting. In addition to our regularly scheduled sessions you will receive email support to answer any immediate questions for your business. Since the benefits of our Mentoring Program occur over this time, there is an initial 3 month commitment and then the program continues month to month thereafter.

Most of our clients find this package completely supports their mentoring needs.

If you prefer longer mentoring sessions, which will allow for more in-depth discussions, our Enhanced Program is for you. In this session we will review your business plan and actions required to achieve your business objectives. We will address any questions you have about running a business. It is your business and we will mutually design a mentoring program that is customized to your needs.
